Welcome to our group

"Welcome to the Compassionate Friends” is not what you want to hear.  If only there wasn’t a need. How hard it is to come to those first few meetings. But we hope there is some comfort in just being with other people for a little while who know first-hand the indescribable feeling of losing a child.  We know our words cannot take these feelings away. But in sharing our experiences, we can and do help each other move toward some level of peace in our our own way and in our own time.
